Please join us for the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, Jan 10 at 7:00 pm.

WE WILL BE MEETING INDOORS again this year, to avoid suffering through any cold weather :)
Location: In the basement at 8113 Plum Creek Trail (Dave & Missy Gudal). Just follow the flagstone sidewalk at the right side of the house, it will lead you to the lower patio and the basement door.

The Agenda, Financial Report, and Proposed Budget are posted here for your review.
Also, two Directors will need to be elected (terms are expiring for David Gudal and Gavin Callaway).

PLEASE PLAN TO ATTEND so that we will have a Quorum.

New Tarver Rendon Site Plan

At the MISD Board Meeting tonight they voted on a $13M bond initiative to build a new Tarver-Rendon Elementary at Scandia and Retta Mansfield Road to open in 2013. Attached is the proposed Aerial Site Plan. It is also interesting that they show FM2738 going straight past Sunny Mart around the church to presumably to connect with Rendon Road.

If anyone has seen our cat, please give us a call. His name is Chewy and he hasn't been seen since yesterday. We would really like to get him home.

Water use and watering times.

Bethesda water supply has sent out notice of watering restrictions. There should be no watering between 10am and 6pm. This is only common sense since up to 70% of water can be lost to evaporation on a hot day.
My well is not pumping much water so we are supplementing with the hoses but trying to use just enough to keep from losing our landscaping.
For water conservation and healthy plants it is recommended that you water deeply when you do and then wait 2-3 days before re-watering. This causes your lawn and plants to grow deep root systems and makes then less susceptible to drought.

Key Required for Tennis Court Access

In response to the recent vandalism of the Tennis Courts the entry gate will be locked when not in use. Please see Dean for your copy of the key.

Fireworks

Due to extreme drought conditions and input from concerned homeowners, the Board has determined it would be in the best interest of all lot owners to refrain from lighting fireworks of any type in the subdivision. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Is This Your Cat?

This grey male cat has been coming around a lot for the last couple of months. We are calling him Fang. I was wondering if he belonged to someone.
