Restrictions

update on Lot 7 Block 2

The Board has considered the input received and has made a decision to not pursue any changes to the DCCR (Restrictions). Over 80% of the responses received were not in favor of changing the Restrictions to allow front access vehicle storage areas. Thank you to those who took the time to respond with your input. In order to change the Restrictions, 2/3 of the lot owners (a minimum of 28 owners) would have to sign the change.

Attached is a copy of the notice that was mailed out today. It is in pdf format so it should download without trouble. If you cannot open the file, the paper copy should arrive shortly.
As you read, please keep in mind that the ACC cannot allow a front entry in one case and still maintain the ability to disallow it for another lot, therefore the Restrictions would need to be amended. This is not a matter of personal preference, but a requirement of the laws which govern HOAs.
